My Personal Story:

Hello, my name is Glenn Jones. I am a 62 year-old male who suffers from male depression. In fact, I have suffered from depression all of my adult and most of teenage life.

To top it off, a little over a year ago, a seven-year relationship I had been involved in came to an end when my girlfriend abandoned me by moving out of state, and left her two adult children still living in my home.

But, the worst was when I found out later that she had been cheating on me the entire time we were together with another man she had met a year before we started seeing each other.

Talk about feeling both hurt, and betrayed!

You might be saying,”Well, you should be glad she left you because she wasn’t worthy of your love”, and you’d be right.

Only, that’s not how love works, at least not for me, man. Instead of feeling glad I was rid of her, I was not just feeling depressed, but I started having suicidal thoughts (ideations), as well.

I felt like the biggest fool of all time – and to top it all off, I still wanted her back!


Because my thinking was clouded with a veil of sadness, pain, despair, and disinterest in life- in other words, I had male depression (yeah, you could even say I was a little crazy, or even insane!)

Being forsaken by someone you love can make you feel like you’re going crazy, and do things that seem insane to other people, especially if you already are coping with depression.

Fortunately for me (and now you), I found a way out… Since those early failures, I poured my heart and soul into learning everything I could about using EFT to cope with male depression.

I’ve eaten, slept, and drank the dark world of depression, and as a result of being immersed in it for most of my teen, and all of my adult life, I consider myself an expert on depression based on personal experience-not just reading about it.
